Our bakery is located on the island of Rosala in the Hitis Archipelago. We are famous for our dark, tasty archipelago rye bread. Our bread is made by hand from the best ingredients, and we use no artificial additives or preservatives. 

Use Rosala cocktail bread to make hors d'ouvres or party snacks

Easy hors d'ouvres

1 cup crème fraîche

1 tablespoon lemon juice                

black ground pepper

salt

butter

cold smoked salmon              

dill

Mix the lemon juice with the crème fraîche.          

Add salt and pepper according to taste. 

Spread coctail bread with butter.

Add the crème fraîche. Use piping nozzle for

a more decorative look. Finish with cold smoked

salmon and dill.
